Samsung Internet is not working properly, i open it and it just freezes on a blank screen for 1 half minutes before it eventually opens, why? I clear the chase and the history but that dose nothing, my phone is the A04s

Have you cleared the cache and data from the app settings rather than from inside the app itself?

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Internet > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache. Try again.

If that doesn't work, do the same steps but uninstall the app beforehand and then reinstall it from the Samsung store.

@ricky472 some other ideas, Ensure you have the latest update for Samsung Internet and you may need to clear the cookies and cache files images as well. If necessary essary try reinstalling Samsung Internet.
