Samsung Health not syncing with 3rd part app (Renpho)

I bought a scale on Amazon that said it was compatible with Samsung Health , but it didn't sync with Samsung Health app , why?

You will need to ask Renpho. It's their app so Samsung can't do anything. If you look at the reviews on Play Store you will see a lot of unhappy people who after the last update of this app its functionality is broken.

If you roll back to a previous version of the app, it will work again.
