Hello,
I have tried restarting my phone, clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still the Samsung health app keeps spinning after entering in my username and password. There is no skip option.

i have done those excact steps with no luck. samsung health support has an indefinite hold period. the solutions from the community that I have found are to download older versions of Samsung heath, but my phone says that will harm the device

Me too, whats the point in having a watch if you cant see the data. Does this mean I can get my money back?

Have to download an old version. Skip past login, then login once the app is opened and update after. Should be good.
