Cycle Tracking Temperature Display in Samsung Health Update

This has also been raised in another recent post but im trying to raise awareness of this in the hope the update is changed. I want to express my frustration with the recent changes to the temperature display in the Cycle Tracking feature. The shift from showing actual skin temperature readings to only displaying variations from a baseline has significantly reduced the app’s usefulness for me and many other users.

I’ve relied on the raw temperature data for personal insights and cycle monitoring, and without access to those exact readings, I feel like I’ve lost control over a vital piece of health information. While I understand the intent behind simplifying trends, removing access to the actual temperature undermines the data transparency many of us value. Our data is also being used and recorded but is no longer accessible.

I wanted to follow up in the hope that more detailed feedback helps impact a change. Please consider reintroducing the option to view actual temperature data alongside the current format, perhaps as an advanced or optional view.

I have purchased a watch and ring for this very purpose. If steps or sleep hours started showing as + or - an ambiguous baseline no one would use Samsung Health anymore. It doesn't work for that data and doesn't work for temperature readings. I really hope you’ll bring back this important feature.

This is probably the worst update that has ever come to an app. This didn't simplify things at all. It took half a second to look at the actual temperature data and see if it rose .2 degrees, but now we're trying to do the reverse and add/subtract the stupid little number to some arbitrary baseline that we don't even have access to. Is it the very first temperature that was taken? Is it an average that could change? Is it an educated calculation of what our temperature is during a specific part of our cycle? Who knows!

Another issue that I haven't seen brought up in the other threads, is the set scale. I have VERY slight variations, usually within 1 degree 1.5 max, and perviously the scale would adjust depending on the temperature spread. So even though I had very little change, I had a clear visual of those changes. There seems now to be just a set scale from +3 to -3, which practically makes my graph look like a shaky line.

Samsung, PLEASE fix this error, or at least include an option to choose how the data is presented.

Good point re the line - also visually useless. The fact you can't even access the actual temperature readings now or know what your baseline is the biggest oversight with this. It didnt need changing but if we're going to make the best of a bad situation at least share the data!! It won't let me like your comment btw but I agree with everything you've said
