Hello,
I just got the S23 Ultra a week or so ago and haven't had any issues with my apps until today. The Samsung Health app suddenly stopped opening, stating it "cannot open app" alongside an error code "0x241300202F617002421
Any advice would be very much appreciated!

I have been having Same set of issues since May 2023. After a lots of discussion with Samsung finally today I have received a message from them
We would like to inform you that By investigating the log file, we have found that Device Key file (SAK) is missing in the mobile device.
We would like to kindly advise you to visit the nearest service center for the PBA replacement.

To fix the problem, I had to have my phone replaced. I went to Youbreakifix but they were unable to fix it. Samsung would not replace my phone. However, I have a Verizon extended warranty and they replaced it without any hassles. Since I got my new phone, Samsung Health works perfectly. It appears to be a phone motherboard defect that causes the error.
