Hi there, my brother went to the galaxy store app and got the promotion after downloading specified game on his s10which is happening in uk and Republic of Irelan but when I went to galaxy store app on my s9 it said I am not eligible for this promotion I looked at terms and conditions and I tick every box. I want to resolve this please give me some solutions. Thanks
