Samsung Galaxy S7 options won't stay on screen

Hi

Since I downloaded an add on and gave it special access permissions (don't know why.!) I can't change anything on my phone. Options for restart/off etc don't show when try to switch off. When click on antivirus app it will scan but not allow to resolve anything, just closes app. Settings won't allow me to select reset. Apps won't allow me to uninstall...option disappears before can click it. Tried everything to put in safe mode but phone doesn't stay off when press and hold, it restarts but nothing changes. Tried everything I've found online but nothing really addresses this problem.

Which Android version is installed on your S7 (Settings > About phone > Software information)? Additionally, do you know the name of the addon you installed?

Sorry it's actually an A71. Android version 11. The add on is QR code scanner. Have scanned phone with Google Play and it says nothing wrong.
