My one-month-old flip stopped responding suddenly. Main screen is not responding after latest update. Cover screen works but after opening main screen, the main screen is not working. First my screen, from top came off a little just after 15 days I was told it is physical damage. NO damage from my side was done.

Now this, I have been choosing Samsung over I phone, but I am so disappointed this time with the product and the service Aswell.
