When I'm starting the Samsung Blockchain Wallet I get the message that it will be not supported for my country.

The error message is: Samsung Blockchain Wallet wird in diesem Land nicht unterstützt.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and use it in Germany with Vodafone.

One UI Version 6.1
Android Version: 14
Software-Version des Dienstanbieters:

EUX/-/EUX/EUX

Warum postest Du in der deutschsprachigen Community auf englisch? Ich habe hier ein S23 Ultra mit Telekom SIM und konnte die App problemlos aus dem Galaxy Store installieren und öffnen. Mehr kann ich nicht probieren da ich kein Bitcoin oder ähnliches nutze.

Actually sorry that I have asked this question in English. I thought it would be an international forum. Anyway, thank your for the quick response. I have bought it in Germany from the following ebay seller: https://www.ebay.de/str/phonescom?_trksid=p4429486.m3561.l161211

Like you can see in my initial post the mobile phone is mend for the European market. Before I send it back to the shop I want to find out if the problem can be fixed by myself. I have read about it that all phones from Samsung are market with EUX/-/EUX/EUX. That means no branding for German or other countries in EU for new devices.

Die Members App arbeitet immer in der Sprache und Region aus der die SIM Karte kommt. In den USA war bei mir die amerikanische Community aktiviert worden. Wenn Du ins englische Forum möchtest funktioniert das nur über die Samsung Members Webseite.
