I have been unable to sign into my Samsung account and link up my apps to the account aince I bought my phone a year ago. The support team have not resolved this, despite so many phone calls, emails and live chats. I am reaching the end of my tether.
I can log into my Samsung account on a browser fine - hence typing the post.
However when I try to log in on the phone, it tells me the password is wrong. It is not wrong.
I have reset the password more times than I can think. The password is correct.
I cant delete the account from the phone and make a new one...as suprise suprise.... you need to log out... does it work.... ofcourse not.
I am beyond frustrated as a loyal Samsung customer. I am getting nowhere with this.
Can anyone suggest any options?
