Hi, I got a new job and a new Samsung S21 and my phone number changed as well. Now the problem is that I can't get in to my Samsung account because I use two factor authentication. Authentication SMS goes to my old number and I obviously can't get it to me.
There are instructions on the Samsung website how to change the gsm number, but if you do as the instruction says it doesn't work.
Any idea how to get my old account back?
