S4 SAMSUNG ACCOUNT SIGN IN ERROR

So I rebooted my old S4 and factory reset it. I want to use the phone like normal however when I try to sign in to my Samsung account in settings (allows you all services pretty much) there’s an error in the web page that I’m redirected to, it’s frozen blank screen and doesn’t load

to sum it up after pressing sign in to Samsung account on settings and being redirected to blank webpage, I want to be able to use services like the play store however it displays server error message and I think it’s cause I’m not signed

It's possible it's waiting for you to acknowledge a 2 part authentication prompt on another device? Have you changed your Samsung account credentials?

Yep I’ve checked them, and it also doesn’t ask for any authentication, right after pressing sign in it goes to that page

Maybe it needs an update. It might be directing you to a non existent page. Do you have any problem logging into your account online using the same credentials?

I haven’t tried on the phone yet but on other devices there’s no issue. I’ll update if it’s available and get back to you

Hello Robin my name is Christopher and I have a old s4 as well and I was planning to use it as a companion phone kind of like a accessory to my s24 ultra and I have this problem where I can not sign into any google account or update anything firmware or app store nothing works I've even gotten to a point of useing 3rd party app stores but still the s4 will not allowe it . . Can you please help me figure this out ?
