S24 Screen Recorder missing on Quick Menu

My screen recorder icon is missing from the quick menu. I cannot see any way to add new icons to my quick menu and the three dots do not show either. Any ideas?

When you swipe down you have to click on the pen icon beside the power icon then you can customise whats on the quick menu
