Screen recording not being available

I have every requirement for screenrecording and it's just not there what is wrong with ny phone or did samsung remove it

What device? Easy way to say whether it's supported or not.

If it doesnt show in the quick access/(swipe down) nor doesnt let you add it when you edit the quick menu- then your device doesnt support it. *images of what I mean

Also further to what John wrote, it can also depend on the app/webpage etc on whether screen recording is allowed.
