The problem started after updating my S23 ultra to One UI 6.0.
Earlier, my phone's battery would last around 36 hours on heavy usage. Since the update, the battery performance reduced to 24 hours.
Since the One UI 6.1 update, battery life has become miserable and lasts for mere 10 to 12 hours.
Battery life was one the main reasons I bought this phone, Seems my loyalty with Samsung nears its end. Time to switch to Apple.

@JAbid There can be a bit of Battery Drain after updates though sounds like it is more excessive. However do give it a bit of time as the AI relearns useage.
some other optimisation techniques here, though may not particularly wish to use all of them for the best experience. https://www.androidpolice.com/samsung-galaxy-s24-improve-battery-life/
Whilst can be a bit of a hassle sometimes necessary to do a Factory Reset after backing up , may best to restore from cloud, may need to install some apps afresh.
However if the drain is still significant in 7-10 days advisable to send an Error Report. Go To Samsung Members -Get help -Error report. include the error logs plus details of the issues , and screenshots of the battery usage (Settings -Battery and device care - Battery).

Thanks James. Took my time to revert you as I was busy testing the solutions you provided. But the problem still persists. It is not only me who is complaining of this battery issue after One UI 6.0 update, Increasing number of Ultra users are reporting this probem on different platforms.
Didnt perform hard reset as I had put so much time and effort in customisation of my phone. But there are users who even hard reseted their phones but to no avail.
I am sure Samsung did something in this update as S24 ultra is getting a lukewarm response, now waiting for a fix from samsung.

Increasing number of S23 ultra users are reporting the same issue on samsung community and Reddit. Samsung did something , remains to been whether intentional or not.

Yes, did that. The solution I got was a detailed mail from them about how to save battery like changing to 60hz refresh rate, display resolution to Full HD etc.
Why would i wanna do that. My battery was fine and actually giving me best result on high res and 120 hz settings.

A friend and I both have folds and this last update has KILLED overall battery life. I'm losing 15-20% an hour doing nothing but light scrolling and playing music.
On top of that, the battery now gets very hot over nothing. I uses to play modern games like genshin impact with nothing of the sort but now being on Twitter even gets it cooking.
Either way, further proof I should've stuck to one plus as their os is light and doesn't drain like this. Add onto that my Samsung TV died after only a couple years as well as my fold 4 after one, and samsung just comes off so anticonsumer nowadays.
