S23 ultra automatically answering calls

Hi all, I am having an issue where my S23 ultra automatically answers calls when Bluetooth is off and no headset is connected. This happens mostly when the phone is on silent mode. I will just be chilling then I hear someone talking on the other end of the call 😫. Please help. The 'Answer automatically' feature is also turned off. Please help. X

Sad to report that it didn't work. I just heard "hallo" in my purse during mass today. Wtf is wrong with this thing?

Hi, I think the last result would be to do a factory reset and fresh install without any backup settings.
