Restore deleted emails

I wonder if anyone can help. On the Samsung mail app I created a folder in which I added some emails to be a little more organised. I then wanted to delete the folder and as a result it deleted all the emails in it which i didn't want to happen, nor did any alert pop up saying this would happen. How can I get my emails back??!!

go to the web browser on you phone or tablet laptop pc ect..
then log into your email from there hope it still there

you can still restore deleted emails go to recycle bin, click on 3 dots and click deleted emails , within 28 days you can still restore them

ok try open my file then internal storage, might see it in save email
