Remove work profile

I know how to disable work profile but how do you remove it all together

if device was from company or school

we need to contact above IT support as they were the one who set it

please confirm if device is personal?

(1) Go to Settings > Accounts > Remove work profile.
(2) Tap Delete to confirm the removal of all apps and data within your work profile.
(3) Ensure that the policy app ("Device Policy") is uninstalled and not present on your device.

Does not work I can't put all the details as something seems not like me posting it suffice to say doesn't work no work account shows in manage accounts yet it there appeared after last update

1) Settings > Accounts and backups > Manage Accounts
2) Select work account at bottom
3) Uninstall work profile

Go to manage accounts and on the bottom you should see personal and work, click on the work option and then remove work accounts and then an option to delete work policy should come up and hit delete then you are done
