Dex sending incoming calls to Voicemail

Been using Dex for some time now with no issues however recently my Note 10+ has started sending all incoming calls to voicemail but only when I'm using Dex, works fine at all other times. The only way I know someones called is they either leave a VM and I get notified or my operator messages me saying I've had a missed call. If I unplug Dex the same person can immediately call back and the phone will ring as normal, anyone experienced this?

while on Dex 

a notification will appear at the bottom right side of PC screen for incoming calls

this lets you answer or reject call

kindly double check Dex Settings about notifications/calls
