Done November update and now my phone will not super charge or fast charge... Tried everything. Factory reset the lot, any ideas...

Done that, didn't work, factory reset... Nothing.... New cable... Nope, its funny how it all started after the last update... Also phone started to get hot as well

Trust me after a major update there's always hiccups flaring with bugs etc. Just keep reporting on this app or sammobile Facebook or Twitter

Have you checked in the battery settings to double check fast charge option hasn't defaulted to off or battery protection mode ?

Done that but S20 doesn't have battery protection mode as yet, think it's coming in the next update.

If you have factory reset it, the fast charging is deactivated until the phone has learned the usage patterns. This can take up to 7 days.
