Problem with the gallery search engine - Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 256GB

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 256GB:

Problem with the gallery search engine:

It stopped working and when I'm looking for something always shows:

"No results found" 

even after today's update, it doesn't work again, I cleaned gallery app cache and data, but not help at all, I also tried with booting the phone in "Safe mode" in which the problem persisted.

 Is there anyone with a similar problem or solution? 

 By the way, my gallery is quite big, almost 40k units, and I don't know if that could be the problem, although it shouldn't be because I have 50GB free space.

Same issue with my s23. I have an older s10 and that feature is still working. I didnt update software or nothing it Just stopped working. Very annoying

I was having the same problem on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, the solution was that Samsung Core Service was turned off. I do not know how it got turned off, it may have been shut off when installing another app.

To fix the problem, go to Settings.

Using Search in settings, search for "special access"

Click on special access

Then Click on "All files access"

Scroll down to "Samsung Core Services"

Turn the switch to the on position. 

Exit

THEN REBOOT THE PHONE!

A few minutes after the reboot, the gallery search function was working!
