I would love my phone to be able to prioritise emails with a "bring to the top of the list" option where it would remain until I have actioned it and removed it from the top of my list. Or maybe a "to be actioned" area where I can place text messages, emails, etc.
Also, I would like my text messages to have the option of either retaining the "unread message" indication or being able to add a "to be actioned" indication which is visible on my home screen.
