my samsung galaxy S23fe will not find my printer every other device on the network will find it

You may need to download an app for your printer. Just search the play store for your printers make.

I have epson smart and epson print enabler and mopria print installed even imputed the ip add but no printer on that ip

Might have to add the printer manually todo this go to the printer and goto its info page locate its ip address, now that you have that you should be able to type that in on your phone under connections to manually force the connection

I've got an Epson printer. I use Epson I Print. I have to print from the app as otherwise it doesn't work.

Printing
Default print service
Put the ip add in
It finds the printer for about a second and then it is gone
