Power saving mode

I cannot permanently disable power saving mode on my S20 Ultra. Why is this function not avaolable?

@Docpratt: If you head to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery, you can toggle off Power Saving Mode from here. If it is still switching on following this step, and if you have any Bixby routines set up, please check to see if any of the routine actions involve enabling Power Saving Mode.
