My old phone had no problems adding paypal to samsung pay. Now I got a new phone and it tells me I need to call paypal and verify to access it. I contacted paypal and they said I am already synced with samsung pay. What can I do?
Hi @staciamonster, which phone do you have? Can you check if the phone's software is up to date: Settings > Software update > Download updates manually, then try setting it up again?
