Only Samsung card possible on Samsung Pay

I can add a credit/debit card to my Samsung Pay on S21 Ultra. It only gives me the option to apply to Samsung card or add a Fidelity card. I have 2 others cards already registered on my S9.

try the clear data / settings → apps → Samsung Pay → storage → clear data

restart the phone

then try adding the cards
