I'm trying to check out in the Shop Samsung app to get and s24 ultra. They're currently running a 15% discount on orders within the app. I'm trying to use Samsung financing to check out and once I get to the ID verification it let's me take a picture of my ID but then doesn't let me take a picture of myself. I'm able to go all the way thru verification ID in the Affirm app and on the Samsung website but not in the Shop app where they have the 15% discount. I've tried everything from wiping cache, uninstalling and re-installing, enabling camera permissions in all the Samsung apps and browser apps, to even trying on multiple phones and the same issue persists. How can I finish check out using Samsung financing on the Shop Samsung app?
