I have spent 100's of hours on the US boards fixing thing for distraught Ui7 users for the past month.

I decided to make a post that can be pinned so others can link to it.

Has it changed anything if it's been pinned? Here we get the same question or complaint on the forum repeatedly several times a day, it's like people just come throw a thread and they don't even scroll the forum to see what else is there, I understand confusion and frustration, but it doesn't seem like they put in the effort.

Yes, if you go to Samsung Apps and services on the US boards it is pinned to the top of that category for as long as the US Moderators deem it necessary. Instead of me answering the 100's of questions repeatedly, I send them to post I created with a link.

Same here. MySMS failing on S23 Ultra. Works on my PC though. On phone i can only see "Ready to use" and some other text, but none of my contacts or previous messages.
