One UI 7 Is pure garbage

MY phone updated to this abomination a few weeks ago and everything is just horrible, starting with swiping the upper menu and apps notifications mix, with search and battery. everything is counuterintuitive. I just hate it.

Im switching to iphone as i cannot roll back this garbage

if you swipe  down from the top right hand side of the display,tap the pencil icon and panel settings can change from seperate to Together. Therefore will be back to previous way. see more detail here https://9to5google.com/2025/02/11/combine-quick-settings-notifications-one-ui-7/

A number have become accustomed to the new software though know that is not universal.  Give it a bit of time though.

Definitely agree with the pull down menu. It was fine as it was, why swipe down on the left for notifications, or right for settings? Utterly stupid idea.. put it back how it was please!!

Just put it back yourself. Swipe down on the right then click the pen icon then click panel settings then select together.

You might regret going back to an iPhone as well Ronen. Apple will release iOS19 in a couple of months and that, according to sources will be quite a change too.

You make me laugh... to put back as it was we need the source code and the signature file to make a working build able to be flashed on the phone and a few more things but i think you get the point.

There is no way to make it remotely close to how it was, sorry to be the one telling you that.

Hoo ok, how do i:

1) put media notifications on lock screen right on bottom of the clock not the stupid bottom of  screen with one ui disabled since i hate to death the space wasted on topbar for just saying the 3 free letters of the song/media.

 2) how do I put the search bar back ay top?

 3) how do I sort apps horizontal and alphabetical?

4) how do i revert this ugly big buttons panel the one usable on one ui 6?

 

Will be waiting for your fix.
