Yes, it is set ON in both. In fact it points to exactly the same setting as earlier.
However, I must say that now when I have been toggling these on and off, it is currently syncing to cloud correctly. And the sync actually worked in the beginning when I had just got these devices. So, it might be that the software somehow "forgets" the setting after some time. It wouldn't be a surprise: the same thing happens with the security setting that is supposed to keep device unlocked at home, or any other safe place that you choose. It works only a few days and then you would have to do the security setting again after resetting cache and everything. So, like I said earlier, Samsung software has a lot of bugs. By the way, I have Samsung laptop (Ultra Book4) as well and just today I couldn't open Samsung settings at all. I had mic and camera blocked from Samsung settings and I was not able to turn them on because the settings were not opening, so I had to cancel Teams meeting. After searching help from web I found a way to get the settings app start again by running a repair and reset. Also I have got infamous blue screen in that laptop for two times already eventhough it is a few months old. I am really frustrated about Samsung quality.
