Not getting One ui 6 and android 14 update

 i got my s23 plus 2days ago.. it is supposed to have android 14 with one ui 6.1. But it shows i have letest update..

This is a USA region phone. If you're based in the UK then you won't receive any OTA updates. Where did you buy the phone?

I have this same problem, i just bought a s23 plus and cant get the update either, my old s21 had android 14 one ui 6.1 but my new s23 plus is stuck in android 13 one ui 5.1
