I have a Galaxy A21s. I have extended the length of time it rings before going to voicemail. Immediately after doing so I lost the voicemail facility. I contacted Samsung's technical support but they were not much help and all the settings on the phone seem to be as they should be. Could the problem be with my network (O2)? I tried contacting them but cannot get through. What should be my next step? Any ideas?

@Trefoil Hello, in my opinion you should contact your mobile operator to activate the voicemail service.
