No voice while sending whatsapp messages on samsung a54

HI,

When i send voice notes on whatsapp, there is dotted message sent out without voice. it happens 3 or 4 times out of 10 tries. using samsung a54 mobile. its annoying me while using voice notes on whatsapp. Please provide its solution

Ensure WhatsApp has permission to use the microphone at all times.

Settings>apps>whatsapp>permissions

permission is already granted, but issue still persists.

Is the microphone performing normally in other activities? Try doing a test on the microphone via the diagnostic section under the support tab (bottom of screen) on the Samsung members app.

Yes microphone test run is successful. but issue persists with whatsapp voice notes.

And you're sure the media volume is high enough and not muted.

Not sure then. You've said the mic diagnostic was good, the mic has the correct permissions and the media volume is okay. Only thing i can think off is clearing the cache from WhatsApp, reinstalling the app and ensuring it is up to date. You could also reach out to the WhatsApp devs in case they can offer any advice.

ok let me try to reinstall whatsapp

i have reinstall the whatsapp and now restart the mobile. its occurring after 20 times or its occurance has been reduced. but issue still persists
