No discover tab seen on Samsung Health ios version

For some reason, the Samsung Health app does not function as it looks like in the app store. There is no discover tab or expert tab seen on the bottom of the screen. Only Me, Together and More are the tabs seen.

I would like to be able to have something like a spoken conversation with Bixby again (using my voice and the Bixby voice) without any typing. To set this up, it appears to be necessary to open the app and click on a discovery key that looks like a compass, but I cannot find one on either of my phones: S21 ultra and S23 ultra, so just have the option to type into a box.
