New phone says set up service provider

Hi I've just changed my Samsung phone used smart switch and swapped sims had Samsung pay set up on my old device but it won't work on my new one just says service provider needs setting up, I've restarted my phone and deleted and reinstalled the app bit no joy it says to wait 24hrs which I've done but again still doesn't work what do I need to do to get this working again?

I had the same issue with a Flip 5, if you hold down the volume down and power button together at the same time for 15 seconds your phone should restart then hopefully you'll see the message in the picture after your phone turns back on. You then tap on restart and your phone will restart again and you'll complete setting up your phone.
