I always used goggles keyboard up until last year. It's got some cool features and always surprises me with something else.

I don't like the way the predictive text appears now might just take a wee bit to get used to

No I really don't, I find it very distracting. If anyone knows how to change it back I would very appreciate it.  Thank you

this is awful. I am dyslexic and rely on predictive text, but the flashing and waving of words makes it even harder to read. its only been a few hours and it is already killing me. please help, is there a way to turn off the horrible waving and flashing and colour changes and still have predictive text? honestly, I am looking for a non Samsung phone. please help

To remove this horrible update:
go to Settings,
go to Apps,
go to Samsung keyboard
Click the 3 dots to Uninstall Updates.

I think this also resets added words but it is worth it to avoid the flashing and waving of the suggested words.

I have had to do this every few days, but once you've done it once, it is very quick and easy.

until this mornings update you could go into Settings, then apps, then Samsung keyboard, and choose reset updates from the 3 dots menu and that turned it off. since this mornings update the Samsung keyboard has disappeared from the apps list

the new updates this morning have removed the Samsung keyboard from my apps list. now there seems to be no way to undo the swirling predictive text. how they ever got this through an equality impact assessment for users with reading difficulties is a mystery. EU regulations recommend against moving text if you can't turn it off, due to accessibility concerns.
