I've had the s23 for a while now.
Recently switched to Nationwide bank but everytime i open the banking app and click on the account; the app crashes. No problems on the browser version. I can use the app itself to scroll to other things but actually accessing the account causes continual crashes.
Here are the things I've tried to workaround:
Reinstalling the app
Clearing app cache and data
Clearing Google play cache and data
Restarting the phone (fully updated)
Turning app protection off and on
Trying via 5g vs WiFi
Looking for ad blockers
Allowing all the app restrictions
Turning off and on all the biometrics
I've spoken to Nationwide and gone through all the above but it seems the problem is on the phone end, especially as I can access via browser.
It's pretty annoying to do a full bank switch only to find you can't actually interact with the app. The app does have known problems but should be fully compatible.
Anyone also finding this problem or know of a workaround. Factory reset is a last resort really.
