My steps are not being counted

Can anyone help. I've updated it. Updated the phone. Restarted it. Unless an update has switched something of then I'm totally stumped

You do have the count all steps option switched on so it counts steps when you have phone on you and the galaxy watch counts the steps as well as you can turn each off..
