@louieC: Can you clarify what action you are performing prior to seeing this notification? I agree that a restart is a good option to begin with, as this will refresh your phone and resolve any temporary software issues. A Soft Reset can be achieved by pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts.
