My s8 active

I have searched on google and can't get answers cus there are not many reviews at all about the s8 active. Anyways I'm wondering why when I'm in a phone call for it will randomly make a chiming sound, but I do not have any notifications and i am just trying to understand why because none of my other phones have done that during a call for no reason.

@Joejoe7: You might have Call Waiting active. To check this please open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Supplementary Services > Call Waiting > Disable the feature if you notice that it's enabled (steps may differ depending on your model and Android version).
