my S7 had better reception!

I can't believe the most basic function of a mobile phone is reception, without that its a battery in a case.

I had an S7 for several years and it always had full reception in my office, the S20 has only one bar and drops calls.

I've carried out advice from on line sources including a partial reset and its just the same.

Has anyone had the same issue with a fix?

That's not what we like to hear. Do you still have the S7 and if so, does the signal improve when you transfer your SIM card to it? Also, have you requested a replacement SIM card to see if that helps? This will help to eliminate the cause of the issue.
