My Files doesn't show any files in the DCIM folder

This seems to be the opposite of the problem most people have - if I connect my phone to my computer I can see all my photos in "SD Card\DCIM\Camera" no problem. However, when I run My Files on the phone itself it shows the DCIM folder as empty, although other apps such as Gallery work fine.

Any suggestions?

I guess I'm never going to get answers to any of these questions. Samsung support said it would be fixed in the next update, but it wasn't, and now they're not talking to me any more either 😞

Me too have the same problem but in a personal folder which contains around 80 large videos. Just one folder "My Files" can't show its contents, all other folders in the SD card are ok. It might be with the folder size?
