Missing rewards points in Samsung Members app

Hi,

I'm using Samsung Pay and just recently, I wanted to redeem a reward via Samsung Members. Problem is: Samsung Pay shows I have 6000 points but Samsung Members app shows only 4300 Points.

My understanding is, all the Samsung Pay points should show up in Samsung Members.

Am I missing something out?
