Is there anyway you can run Signal and a SMS app concurrently on a S21?  Would be so grateful for some tips.

If you select Signal as your SMS app, then the Messages app will be disabled. There can be only one SMS app active at a time.

 However, you can use Signal for chats and calls (similar to WhatsApp and Telegram) and for SMS use Samsung/Google Messages app. That way both apps can be used.
