Anyone else having issue with members. App not loading. Just get the m on the screen which just remains. I've cleared cache and restarted phone. Using the Web to post this.

I believe there are server issues. For the last two days, I have been receiving a message saying "there was an issue." Nothing loads, and other times, if I try to leave a comment, it takes a minute.

@Fiona26 @Ferenc75 Which device are you accessing the Members app on? I can confirm that we did experience server issues on Friday which resulted in access problems, along with the general performance of the Members app / Community forums, however these have since been resolved. I just checked on my own device and was able to open the Members app without issue, and haven't experienced any issues with the website. 

In the meantime, if you head to Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Force stop, does this help at all?

S25 ultra, loaded fine early this morning, now it just doesn't want to load.

So after a force stop it did load but took a good time to do so. Thanks

I had problems with it yesterday or the day before when there was not loading, but now appears to work fine.

Fine today but had issues on Friday.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

I had problems with it this morning taking a really long time to load, seems OK now. S25 Ultra

Yes, iv'e had trouble all morning. I ened up switching off my WF-FI and using mobile data before it would load. Once I switched back it came back on.
