Members App Login Error

When I try to login to Members App after entering password I receive error [500] INVALID_REDIRECT_URI .....

I can login without issue from my laptop but not from Members App on Phone which I could do in the past.

Any suggestions?

@desjoe: Are you connected to a stable Wi-Fi network when you attempt to access the Members app? If so, head to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Accounts > Samsung > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Sync Settings > Sync Now. Now, go to Settings > Apps > Members > Storage > Clear Cache > Restart the phone. Does the issue persist following these steps?

Thanks Andrew L. I followed the process as described and discovered that Samsung account needed to be added again for some reason. All working now.
