I have lost all my BT emails from my inbox. BT are telling me it is because a Samsung software update has changed IMAP to POP on my settings which has downloaded all my emails to my phone and they are no longer on the BT server. They have gone from my phone and I can't access them on any device.
Has anyone else had this issue? Are BT correct?

Thank you for your response. Emails I have put into seperate folders are still there. My inbox emails have disappeared from all devices and according to BT unretrievable. I was advised not to set up my emails to be viewed through the Samsung email icon, but to use the BT app on my phone instead. I was just wondering how true all this is, I would really like to avoid the same thing happening again!
