Locked phone need system ui password

I switched my phone off last night and left it on charge but when I switched on its asked me for system UI password which I have never had ..only used 4digit numbers ..but it says 4 characters and 1 letter which I have used anybody know how i can get password..cant even unlock my phone

Please can You write the email or number You used to contact samsung as many if us face the same exact situation

Im also having the same problem on my note 10. Anyone else get into their phone after this happened?
