Lock an app so it wont be closed when I click 'close all' in Recent app screen

Hi there,

I am using S20+, this is my first time purchasing a Samsung phone.

Can you please consider introducing a lock (exclude) button so I can choose an app for not closing when I click 'close all' from the Recent (the screen brings up by pressing the navigation bar at the bottom), please?
