Latest software update fault

Has previously written about my S20+ started rebooting and crashing after the January software/security update . With no sign of Samsung giving any ideas on how to solve the issue , I decided to factory reset my mobile ... this appears to have now resolved the issues that I was having . Not the quickiest way to sort it out but it has work . Just remember to back everything up before hand
